After designers such as Mason Jung and Groundwave (by Sun Ho Kim) have been putting Korean menswear on the forefront of high end craftsmanship with their recent collections, London College of Fashion graduate Byungmun Seo landed a sensational presentation for his degree show last year. Describing his collection as the ‘Alter ego of pattern cutting’, London-based designer Byungmun Seo created new shapes and silhouettes by rethinking the placement garment patterns and devising new ideas for pattern cutting.
